We had Developed Four Variants of Popping Boba for our client by conducting thorough Research on the appropriate ingredients mix, process methodology, time and motion study and there by using organoleptic Testing and Taste evaluations by undergoing various product formulations that matches the International Taste and Texture of Imported Popping Boba! The Four Products where from two broad category of products which forms the basis for client to replicate the recipe for other flavors on its own.

The Product Development of this Journey was very Challenging as the Client already had some recipe in mind and had been working with it for getting same perfected using the said process and ingredients!

When we met the client and understood the requirement, we developed varied level of Recipe Formulation and introduced many new ingredients which not only improved the product taste had also improved the texture and its adaptability in matching the same time and again.

Client from his end kept on sharing the desired tweaking to meet the machinability considering it was executed by client post our lab trials and thereafter replication was possible and at the same time had ease of operation. We also audited the facility, suggested process methodology to be implemented and conducted Live Trials in the Factory.

Its Very Satisfactory for Client to Share that the vendors, traders and supplier who where earlier buying imported Boba Pearls have done sampling of this products and have liked their taste, texture & appearance and have now switched to Our Clients Product and the Result is Overwhelming.

Client is not only very Happy and Pleased but is looking for Growing the Current Capacity and also looking for Product Process and SOP Implementation to Further Improve the Product Taste and Texture and have wider Customer base. Sharing the Actual Product from Client Basket. Client has now grown into 16 flavor's and counting!!
