3rd Party Contract Manufacturing

Contract Manufacturing is Stage II of Beverage Recipe Formulation to enter into real time Production using the Recipe formulate in Stage I to be processes in actual factory, using actual manufacturing facility, utilizing actual process techniques and actual manpower with full capacity or partial capacity load.


The following are the steps followed to achieve 3rd party contract manufacturing.


1) Vendor Shortlisting and Audit

Post the recipe ratios and process flow has been frozen, the consultant would audit the copacker by identifying the appropriate copacking facility in respective region, district, state meeting the processing and packaging requirement to do justice to the Recipe formulated post indepth Research and Development Process which is Stage I.


2) Vendor Evaluation Feedback

Based on vendor factory visit and interaction with promoter , Leelaram Enterprises share its feedback for a vendor meeting the criteria's laid out to which has to be benchmarked. Basis appropriate feedback about set of vendors the final list of vendors are frozen in a pecking order of Requirement.


3) Lab Scale Trial

Leelaram Enterprises Recipes is tried at 3rd party manufacturer facility to mark appropriate tweaking if required before going for Commercial Trial.


4) Commercial Trial

Post above lab trial at factory is conducted successfully, all raw materials basis a smaller minimum order quantity (Moq), is planned in actual process lines, in order to achieve the desired product manufacturing with lower volumes.


5) LAB Sampling

Post Commercial Trials are conducted successfully in lower Moq, the samples are given to lab to collect the Nutritional Facts and Shelf Life basis months desired to be tested in accelerate environment.


6) Full Scale Commercial Production

Post the Lab reports for Nutritional and shelf life is received satisfactorily the nutritional fact and shelf life are printed on the beverage sleeves or printed cans, and planning for full scale commercial production in terms of all raw materials is done.


Once the RM reaches the factory for processing, the dates are selected mutually to conduct the commercial production in full scale meeting the requirements of the factory for blending and optimization of equipment's in terms of full capacity.


Product is kept in incubation for a week for any microbial and or enzymatic changes and or puffing, damages, leaks and thereafter labelled and shrink wrapped for dispatch.


Thus the above completes the contract Manufacturing Services in 3 month or later.


The shelf life time is the additional time beyond above 3 months for contract manufacturing.
